What is budget management?
Budget management means that you are helped with your finances by a budget manager. You let the budget manager take care of your income and expenses on a voluntary basis. He/she will look at the finances together with you, so that you can regain control of your finances.

Budget management is intended for people who have lost control over their finances and want to do something about it to regain control. Appointing a budget manager is usually a major decision. But luckily you still retain some freedom and responsibility. This is different compared with protective management. Protective management is intended for people who, for whatever reason, are no longer able to look after their own financial interests. A protective manager will look after their financial interests temporarily or permanently.
The goal of BilancioBudget's budget manager is to unburden you. He/she will teach you how to balance your income and expenses. The budget manager does this, for example, by looking together at legal services and facilities such as subsidies. And to apply for this jointly, if your situation allows it.
Our budget managers also help to create and maintain an overview. The most important thing for this is a good administration. Our budget manager uses a practical and simple program for this. In this way we bring the budget back into balance step by step.

The next step is the registration interview between you and the budget manager. During this meeting, the budget manager will discuss what budget management involves and what he/she can do for you. The budget manager will be happy to listen to your story and together you will discuss the goal you want to achieve.
After that, you and the budget manager make a number of clear written agreements together. These are agreements about what you can expect from the budget manager of BilancioBudget Heerhugowaard, but also what the budget manager can expect from you. For example, consider how income is handled and how changes are passed on. But also how any debts are paid off and who makes which payments. Another important agreement can be about how you can regain control and manage your finances independently.
Of course, agreements are also made about the duration of the budget management and whether you have the same ideas about its implementation. At BilancioBudget we believe that there should be a click and trust between you and the budget manager.
